The casting process of acrylic profiles works by pouring the catalyst and acrylic monomer into the mold. After that, they will be left to sit after a few hours.
Then, when they become semi-solid, they will be removed from the mold. When they are removed, they will be placed in an autoclave.
An autoclave is a machine that uses pressure and heat to move out the bubbles from the acrylic. This will lead to excellent solid composition and superior clarity of the acrylic profiles.
