Acrylic Ruffle For Mirror
Customer Requirements: 
Our customer is an international interior design studio that adheres to the core concepts of understated luxury and timeless classicism.
He is need us to create a large 2m high two tone acrylic ruffle for a mirror, that lights up.

Processes: Firstly, we do cast flat section with two colours of a thermoformable resin, then router into shape, then it is heated and formed between two large MDF dies to create the curve, in the final, highly polished.
Raw materials: High crystal 100% virgin PMMA material

Processes descriptions:
- Make a silicone mold.
- Pour the first layer of red acrylic solution into the silicone mold and wait for it to cure.
- Pour the second layer of pink acrylic solution into the silicone mold and wait for it to cure.
- After complete curing, remove the mold, then perform edge trimming and polishing.
Critical to Quality:
- The main control surfaces’ bubbles
- The smooth transition at the intersection of gradient colors is natural.
Final products description:
This is a high-end customized acrylic (PMMA / plexiglass) decorative hem, specially designed for furniture and space decoration. It combines design appeal, craftsmanship and practicality.
The main body is made of highly transparent acrylic (organic glass). The overall shape is in a circular wave-like (lace / floral pattern) contour. The edges have a continuous and smooth wave-like undulation, breaking the monotony of regular straight edges and giving a dynamic and highly artistic appearance.
These products are non-standardized customized items. They can be adjusted in terms of size, shape, gradient color, gilding process, etc. in accordance with customer requirements.
