Processes descriptions:
The process of making rubber sheets involves rapid mixing, blending, reverse mixing and pressing, molding, vulcanization, cutting, inspection, packaging and storage. Plasticizing, blending, reverse mixing are the processes of mixing raw rubber with additives in a rubber mixing machine to form a compounded rubber. This process is the most important production process in rubber processing. During this process, various additives such as fillers, reinforcing agents, accelerators, vulcanizing agents, and antioxidants are added to the raw rubber. These additives come in solid and liquid forms and are used to evenly disperse and mix all the additives added, ensuring the consistency of the rubber properties. Pressing and molding mainly refer to the process of using a pressing machine to shape the compounded rubber sheet. At this stage, the raw rubber needs to be kept flat and uniform on the surface and with uniform thickness before vulcanization, which is an important prerequisite for ensuring full control over the vulcanization process. Vulcanization is the process of turning raw rubber into vulcanized rubber. After this process, the essential characteristics of the vulcanized rubber can be fully demonstrated. However, this process involves three very important factors: time, temperature, and pressure. Finally, the finished products are cut by quality inspectors and packaged and stored by packaging workers.
Critical to Quality:
Three very important factors: time, temperature, and pressure.
Final products description:
The elasticity of rubber helps increase livestock comfort, reducing the impact of concrete floors on cattle feet and legs, and reducing stress during movement. The product’s surface features a special pattern design, resulting in noticeable improvements, increasing cattle loading rates and milk production.
