WeProFab Primary Solution
- Processes:film blowing
- Raw materials: PE pellets
WeProFab Final Solution
- Processes descriptions:
- Single-layer Film: Plastic pellets are heated and melted, then blown into a thin film. The process involves Extrusion – Inflation – Cooling & Setting – Trimming.
- Extrusion: The molten plastic is extruded through a die to form a tubular parison.
- Inflation: Compressed air is introduced into the parison, inflating it like a balloon to achieve transverse stretching and thinning.
- Cooling & Setting: After cooling, the film is flattened or wound into a tube.
- Trimming: The edges of the film are trimmed.
- Multi-layer Film: Lamination is performed to combine multiple layers.
- Single-layer Film: Plastic pellets are heated and melted, then blown into a thin film. The process involves Extrusion – Inflation – Cooling & Setting – Trimming.
- Critical to Quality: Nylon and PE double-layer composite, the factory is capable of producing multi-layer composites (e.g., up to 4 layers).
- Final products description: LLDPE + Nylon double-layer composite film.
