Given the customer’s large-scale production needs, we recommended our highly cost-effective PC-0006H4 hard coating fluid paired with HD-0004L diluent. During initial sample testing, we observed edge cracking on the lens coatings, which we traced to excessive film thickness.
We promptly provided process optimization recommendations to resolve this issue, achieving flawless results.
