Your Leading PES Pipe Manufacturer
Weprofab’s PES pipe can withstand high temperatures of 180-200℃ for a long time, is not easily corroded by strong acids and alkalis, and will not be dissolved by organic solvents. It also has a lot of advantages, such as high-pressure resistance, tensile resistance, and aging resistance etc.
Our PES pipe diameter ranges from 12mm to 2500mm, and the pipe thickness ranges from 10mm to 110mm. You can also choose the pressure level from PN4 to PN25 according to different uses. The length of the PES pipe can be customized according to your needs.
PES Pipe for Various Applications

PES pipe is often used in petroleum transportation due to its high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and insolubility in organic solvents.

PES pipelines have good sealing and high-pressure resistance, so using them to transport natural gas can ensure that natural gas will not leak.

Chemical plants often use strong acids, bases, and organic solvents in their production processes. PES pipe is very suitable to be use in chemical plants.

PES pipes have FDA-certified clean pipe systems and can be used to transport liquid raw materials in pharmaceutical plants.

PES pipe can withstand high temperatures of 180-200℃ for a long time and is resistant to engine oil corrosion. Therefore, it can be used in high-temperature and highly corrosive environments under the hood of automobiles.

PES pipe can be used for the transportation of semiconductor etching solution and the wafer cleaning process due to its strong acid and alkali resistance.

PES pipe can withstand corrosive soil media with a pH of 1-14 and high pressure. It also has a long service life. Therefore, it is very suitable for use in infrastructure projects.

PES pipe has an extremely high tolerance to chloride ions in seawater and can withstand the high pressure of seawater, so it can be used in marine engineering.
Advantages of Weprofab PES Pipe
Weprofab PES Pipe has a tensile strength of 30-50 MPa and a compressive strength of 10-20 MPa. At the same time, the linear expansion coefficient of our PES Pipe is only 5.5×10-5/℃, so it is not easy to deform. Its notched impact strength is 80 J/m², so it has strong impact resistance. In addition, Weprofab PES Pipe supports multiple methods, such as hot melt welding and flange connection, so it is very convenient to install.

Surface Treatment of Weprofab PES Pipe
When Weprofab PES Pipe performs surface treatment, it first uses a polishing machine to improve the surface smoothness. Then, it restores the concave area to its original state by local heating. Then, it uses an acid solution to clean the surface to remove the oxide. Finally, it sprays epoxy resin for final protection.
Best PES Pipes Supplier in China

Weprofab has more than 30 years of experience in producing PES Pipe. Our PES Pipe is sold to more than 100 countries. Our PES pipe complies with API, ISO, NSF, and FDA certifications. We can also provide you with comprehensive after-sales service. If the PES Pipe you purchased from Weprofab is damaged during use, we can send professional maintenance workers to help you repair or replace it.
PES is a thermoplastic with a chemical composition of polyester ethylene, while PEX is a thermosetting plastic with a chemical composition of cross-linked polyethylene. PES has better corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance, impact resistance, and UV resistance. PEX has better frost resistance. PES is more commonly used in the industrial field, while PEX is more commonly used in the civilian field.
The wholesale price of PEX pipe ranges from $1.28 to $1.57 per meter, and the retail price is about $14.30 per meter. However, the specific price depends on the quantity and specifications you order.
You need to tell us your application field, specifications and parameters, purchase quantity, shipping method, and whether you need to provide industry-certified certificates.
How to Produce PES Pipe?
The production of PES pipe requires the following steps.
Step 1: You should choose BPA and DCDPS as monomers, and carry out preliminary polycondensation at 150-180°C under the action of alkaline catalyst to generate low molecular weight prepolymers, and then heat to 250-300°C under vacuum conditions to generate high molecular weight PES resin.
Step 2: You should vulcanize it and add antioxidants, hydrolytic agents, lubricants, etc. to change its physical and chemical properties to produce PES particles as raw materials for subsequent processing.
Step 3: You should melt the PES pellets at 200-350℃, then pass the melt through a ring die to form a tube embryo, then calibrate the outer diameter of the tube through a vacuum sizing sleeve, and finally shape the tube through water cooling or air cooling.
Step 4: You should perform surface treatments such as polishing, local heating, pickling, and spraying epoxy resin to finally produce the final PES tube.
