Machining PI Rods
Due to its natural mechanical strength, these rods can be machined easily with tight tolerances.
You can use Tungsten carbide tooling for machining PI rods. Diamond tooling is also ideal for machining large PI volume runs.
Take note, polyimide rods should not be exposed to overheating.
