The Process of PVB Film Production
What is the process of PVB film production?
Weprofeb has PVB film extrusion line.
Step 1:Prepare a specific ratio of PVB resin and plasticizer, mix it well and put it into the forcing machine.
Step 2: The blended material is melted through a die that controls the thickness and width of the PVB film, and extruded at 145 degrees Celsius through an extruder.
Step 3:The extruded film is then cooled through a cooling system to a temperature at which it can be wound onto a reel without sticking or deforming.
Step 4:The cooled film is wound onto a reel by the winding system and trimmed after molding.
