Surgical Masks

It consists of a mask body, a nose clip, and a mask strap. The mask body is made of three layers of material, of which the inner and outer layers are made of polypropylene spunbond non-woven fabrics, and the middle layer filter material is polypropylene meltblown fabric; the nose clip is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) wrapped metal wire; the mask strap is made of elastic band (75% polyester + 25% spandex). Appearance: The surface of the mask should not have damage, oil stains, deformation or other obvious defects.
Respiratory resistance: (1) Inhalation resistance/Pa: ≤175; (2) Exhalation resistance/Pa: ≤145.
Ear strap tension: The breaking strength of the mask strap and the connection between the mask strap and the mask body/N≥20.
Filtration efficiency: Grade III filtration efficiency, ≥90% (salty medium), ≥80% (oily medium).
Protection effect: Grade D protection efficiency level, ≥65%.
Microorganisms: Escherichia coli shall not be detected, pathogenic pyogenic bacteria shall not be detected, the total fungal colony count (CFU/g) shall be ≤100, and the total bacterial colony count (CFU/g) shall be ≤200.
